All photographs are copyrighted by law and the photographer owns the copyright.
This means that whenever you receive a studio photo, we need a written release from the photographer in order to use the photograph.
Professional photographers will probably have a release form they will use. If the photographer does not have their own, we suggest you use the form which follows. If the studio cannot be identified or if they are no longer in business, we will use the photo without written permission.
